April 2017 marks 19 years since good friends Brian Allanson and Ruston Toms founded Blue Apple from Brian’s front room.
From those humble beginnings, Blue Apple has emerged as one of the market leaders in independent business and industry catering, offering an entirely personal and bespoke service to our clients that is often overlooked by larger caterers. It’s a means of doing business that has resulted in us retaining our oldest clients whilst continuing to grow our client base to over sixty restaurants for the first time in April.
Our clients range from multinational manufacturing businesses to airlines, from international solicitors to local councils. With big, busy restaurants to our smaller and more intimate cafes, all our sites are united by passionate and creative chefs and staff who are dedicated to serving great food and bringing the quality of the high street in to the workplace.
It’s been a story of continued success ever since those early days for our still independent business, still ably captained by Brian (CEO) and Ruston (Sales Director), although we’ve long since progressed from the front room to an actual office!
