From the Savoy to street food, we are fortunate in the UK to have some of the finest chefs (and hospitality staff!) around and after a challenging year for our industry, it’s nice to be able to highlight the hard work and dedication of our own teams as we join in #chefappreciationweek
Fittingly, this week we are pleased to have launched our brand new QR feedback system, which allows our customers to provide feedback and comments simply by scanning our code and filling in a simple form. Using this system allows us to collate and pass on feedback promptly, whilst also reducing the number of printed comment cards and eliminating the ‘touch point’ of electronic feedback terminals.
We’ve been really buoyed by the response we’ve had in just a couple of days; it seems that our customers are really appreciating the dedication and enthusiasm of our chefs and it’s rewarding to be able to pass on their praise so immediately.
We’ll finish with some great comments for the excellent Mark Callaghan and his team at LeasePlan; “Mark – outstanding job today, thank you very much. The food looked really good and tasty and you really went the extra mile. The arancini balls were absolutely delicious!”
