Blue Apple Chef of the Year

…for 2016 is the fabulous Milena Kamenova, our head chef in the restaurant of our prestigious client based in west London.

Following her nomination, Milena faced stiff competition from a shortlist that included some of Blue Apple’s finest chefs and up-and-coming talent, but after much deliberation it was decided that Milena should scoop the coveted ‘Chef of the Year’ plate at our annual gala dinner and awards evening.

Modest Milena, who prefers not to be in the limelight but instead creating amazing food in the kitchen, has worked extremely hard through 2016 to improve and develop her own skills as well as her daily menu. Her lucky customers can now regularly expect to see freshly-baked artisan breads and cakes, home-made jams and chutneys and a delicious and varied range of hot foods.

 

It’s this extra commitment to Blue Apple’s aim of producing tasty, freshly-made food that ensured Milena went home with the prize, as well as her dedication to her many smiling customers. Development chef David Belsey praised her innovation and hard-work;
