Fabulously Festive at Blue Apple

For the first time, this Christmas at Blue Apple we’ve launched our very own seasonal recipe book ‘Fabulously Festive’, containing an arsenal of delicious Christmas recipe ideas for our chefs to try in their restaurants. There’s some classic crowd-pleasers included, as well as an array of new ideas and seasonal twists on old favourites, ranging from Grab & Go, hot drinks and soups to delicious desserts, main meals and sides.

Fully devised and presented by our team including Blue Apple Chef of the Year Alex Lovell and Chef Director Lee Maycock, we’ve picked out some of our favourite recipes including a chestnut and parsnip crumble that’s ideal as a side or as a vegetarian main meal and our seasonal take on a summer classic — Christmess.
