Healthy Highlight


Working with qualified nutritional therapist Angela Steel, our range of nutritionally balanced Healthy Highlight recipes have been carefully designed to inspire our chefs — from beetroot brownies to seed crusted salmon, there’s something for everyone.

Our Healthy Highlight icon identifies healthy dishes on our menus and makes it easier for our customers to make healthier choices. Our take home recipe cards are always very popular with our customers and feature health tips and benefits.

We have also introduced a range of nutritionally analysed Healthy Highlight salads in our new Grab & Go range, with simple traffic light labelling to identify sugar, fat and saturated fat and salt content.

Our wellbeing promotions are run throughout the year within the workplace to foster customer engagement where making healthy choices is concerned.

Workplace Wellbeing


Catering can have a huge impact on health and wellbeing in the workplace, and a buzzing restaurant environment with a fantastic food offer will encourage better eating habits, social interaction and reduce stress. Staff restaurants are also a great place for your staff to relax and socialise with their colleagues, creating better working harmony.

We work closely with our clients to support the wellbeing of their teams and create bespoke promotions, take-home recipe cards, pop-up chef and special events as well as working in partnership with SuperWellness who provide employee wellbeing programmes.
