Operations Support Manager

We are looking for an inspirational and enthusiastic Operations Support Manager. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader, with excellent organisational and motivational skills. Relationship building and anticipating client needs will be essential in this role.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Together with the Operations Manager, leading and managing the unit teams
• Acting as a role model to other Blue Apple team members (leading by example)
• Supporting the Operations Manager in delivering monthly trading accounts
• Driving standards in units, including presentation, food, team and compliance
• Supporting new site mobilisations
• Introducing new food concepts into the units to continually improve our service offering
• Leading and managing client events as required
• Supporting Unit Managers to develop menus, cost them and find best purchasing options
• Coaching and mentoring Unit Managers and Chefs in unit teams
• Providing relief cover as required
• Managing key projects as required by the operations manager
• Carrying out financial and quality audits and relaying findings Unit Managers with an action plan
• Ensuring H&S compliance in all units

To be successful you will need to demonstrate an affinity with our values, a track record of leading teams to success, and strong client and customer relationship building abilities. Your skills will include; knowledge of day-to-day bookwork, budget management, managing compliance, communication skills and organisational skills. We’re looking for someone with an aptitude for developing and training their team to enable everyone to perform at their best. You’ll be a positive role-model and a talented chef.
