Kimchi Slaw



●  1 Chinese leaf
●  100g Grated carrot
●  1 Red onion
●  1 bunch Spring onion
●  ½ bunch Coriander
●  ½ bunch Mint
●  1 tbsp Sesame oil
●  1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
●  1Lime juice
●  Nigella seeds



1. Finely shred the Chinese leaf and red onion.
2. Place in a mixing bowl.
3. Add the carrot, chopped spring onion and pickled herbs.
4. Mix the sesame oil, sriracha sauce and lime juice.
5. Finish with a sprinkle of oil and nigella seeds.
