Food Service Assistant

Location: Staines

We have an opportunity for a Food Service Assistant in the Staines area. The purpose of the role is to provide an exceptional service to all of our customers.

Hours of work: Full-time. 7.30am – 3.00pm (35hrs per week)
Salary: £7.80 per hour

Key responsibilities are to:

~ Assist in the preparation of tasty meals
~ Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are sparkly clean at all times
~ Keep an eye on stock levels and take responsibility for re-filling displays
~ Have excellent standards of presentation at all times
~ Deliver a service to our customers with a smile and a positive attitude
~ Comply at all times with Health and Safety at Work, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations, policies and procedures

Previous catering experience is not necessary—if you have a positive attitude and are willing to learn we will offer full training. Customer service experience and a passion for working in a fresh food environment would be useful.

Chef Manager

Location: Portsmouth

We have an opportunity for a Chef Manager in the Portsmouth area. The purpose of the role is to provide an exceptional service to all of our customers.

Hours of work: Full-time. (40hrs per week)
Salary: £19,000 including basic and bonus

Key responsibilities are to:

~ Lead the catering team by creating an environment in which they can perform at their best
~ Ensure we deliver the best catering service within budget
~ Monitor the service and our food offering so that it constantly exceeds customers’ expectations
~ Design exciting and innovative menus and cook our food offering to the highest standards
~ Ensure compliance at all time with all Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and other regulations, policies and procedures
~ Build and maintain excellent client and customer relationships so that you work in partnership and deliver a service that meets their needs
~ Manage stock levels and oversee the ordering process
~ Ensure all cash is safely counted, stored and recorded
~ Recruit, develop and carry out performance reviews for your team
~ Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are immaculately clean at all times

To be successful you will need to demonstrate an affinity with our values, a track record of leading teams to success, and strong client and customer relationship building skills. Previous catering experience and knowledge of budget management and processes and procedures would be useful. You will have C&G 7061 or 7062 or NVQ equivalent.

Chef Manager

Location: Stoke Poges, Slough

Due to internal promotion we currently have an opportunity for an innovative and creative Chef Manager at a prestigious Global HQ in the Slough area. Your duties will include being responsible and accountable for day-to-day running of the operation, delivering breakfast, lunch and any client specific hospitality to a very high specification. The purpose of the role is to provide an exceptional service to all of our customers.

Hours of work: Full time (40hrs per week)
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Key responsibilities are to:

~ Lead the catering team by creating an environment in which they can perform at their best
~ Ensure we deliver the best catering service within budget
~ Monitor the service and our food offering so that it constantly exceeds customers’ expectations
~ Design exciting and innovative menus and cook our food offering to the highest standards
